Project Description: Provide labor, material, and equipment to perform the following: USACE NAO is seeking a small business capable of renovating North Gate's Buildings 208 and 209 to support the operational and security requirements for the North Gate access control facilities. The facilities shall be renovated to provide upgraded visibility, updated toilet facilities, and updated vehicle identification capabilities. The Guardhouse and Truck Gate facilities shall be upgraded to improve lighting and provide a more efficient heating and ventilation system on the interior and exterior of the facilities. Work also includes expansion of Building 209 to include workspace and shelter for personnel, repair for existing windows, and installation of sliding windows as well as new pavement, striping, and replacement of safety barriers. The IFB and accompanying documents will be issued electronically and will be uploaded to SAM.gov on or about 26 February 2022.
