Lucas Oil Stadium Locker Room Improvements 1. The project shall be a unified lump sum General Contract. 2. The scope of work includes all work required to completely execute and deliver the scope shown on the drawings and specifications developed by Synthesis Inc as well as related consultants dated 10/29/2021. All future addenda are included. 3. The General contractor is responsible to protect the existing facility and repair any damage caused. 4. The following existing facilities will be made available by the Owner to be used by the General Contractor: a. Temporary power b. Temporary water c. Temporary restroom facilities 5. The General Contractor shall provide the following; a. Dumpsters-to be coordinated with Owner b. Temporary partitions to completely enclose the work area c. Provide sticky mats from the building entrance to the work area d. Professional Final Cleaning Service e. Floor Protection f. All other temporary facilities and controls that may be required. g. All general conditions and requirements as noted in the contract documents. h. Structural permit and trade permits as well as inspection fees. 6. General Contractor will get material in and out of the building through the Missouri Street dock 7. The General Contractor is responsible for parking and access to the project site. 8. A Notice To Proceed will be issued to the General Contractor approximately the week of December 13th, 2021. 9. The work can commence by approximately February 15, 2022. 10. The work shall be substantially complete by June 15, 2022.
