Site work for a road / highway in Wylie, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
**As of December 15, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bidder is to furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment, and performing all work as required for repairs to a portion of the outside (right) slope of the earthen auxiliary spillway at Rowlett Creek Site 4 (TX01106). The repair consists of regrading approximately 80 linear feet of the slope by placing and compacting lime-treated soils to re-establish the slope. The repaired slope and work area shall be re-vegetated. Miscellaneous erosion around an existing retaining wall and drilled shafts will be repaired by removing loose material and placing flowable fill in sequence with the slope repair. The erosion in this area backs up to the residence at 106 Parkwood Drive, Wylie, TX. The self-guided site visit is not mandatory, however Bidders are encouraged to visit the work site to become familiar with the project. Bidders may access the work area by parking on Parkwood Drive in front of the vacant land just north of 106 Parkwood Drive. Please be respectful of all private property lines.
