Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project contemplated consists of Compression fit HDPE lining existing 43 cast iron water transmission main, installing 42 ductile iron pipe and ductile iron fittings, connecting to existing 42 cast iron pipe and 43 steel pipe, installing blow off valves, replacing existing 8 sewer main and repairing streets, sidewalks and driveways as indicated in the plans. The Work will be completed in all respects within 270 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Bids will be accepted from only those Contractors who possess a Louisiana Contractors License in Municipal and Public Works Construction. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. Envelopes containing bids and bid guarantee must be sealed, marked with the project name and with the Contractors name as it appears on the license and the Louisiana Contractors License number. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or proposals for just cause. The Board also reserves the right to reject all proposals in the event that a formal agreement regarding funding from FEMA is not received prior to award of this Contract. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform public work, Bidder and Subcontractors shall hold all necessary licenses as required by the above referenced Louisiana Statutes. Owners right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents.
