The Minnehaha County Commissioners rejected all bids. This project consists of reconstructing 5.3 miles of County Highway 149 beginning at 254th Street and ending near Colton, South Dakota. The project generally includes salvaging the existing highway surfacing, grading, installing pipe culverts and drainage structures, placing interim surfacing, and installing erosion control measures and miscellaneous related items. Minnehaha County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of the county.
