The Roofs shall be watertight and completely finished. The following work items give a general summary of the extent of the work but are not intended to be a complete itemization of the work a) Strip and dispose of all asphalt shingle roofing on areas indicated in the plans. b) Patch and repair deteriorated sheathing as necessary.
