The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure the services of a Consultant to provide professional engineering services to design a series of street improvements consisting of pedestrian circulation enhancements and traffic signal upgrades along Lakewood Boulevard. The project limits are shown on the attached project location map (see Figure 1). The Consultant's scope of work shall generally consist of the preparation of plans, technical specifications and estimate (PS&E) for the proposed improvements; the preparation of legal descriptions and plats and real estate appraisal reports, providing the bidding document suitable for bidding and award of a formal unit price public works construction contract, and construction support as necessary.
