Renovation of a municipal facility in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Elevator passenger group upgrade: new traction machines, traction ropes, and flooring in the elevator cabs. Freight elevator modernization: new machine, controller, hall and car stations, and bi-parting doors. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and in U3P. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
