The scope of work includes, but is not limited to; the conversion of existing Class II bike lane to a Class IV bikeway or creation of a Class IV bikeway along Belmont Avenue, from Palm to Blackstone, and Palm Avenue, from H Street to Dakota Avenue, roadway slurry seal, traffic signal loop detection, and signage.
