We require that all subcontractors be able to adhere to and acquire insurance and obtain bonding per the Owner's contract specifications. If you need assistance with obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, insurance or joint pay agreements, contact us and we will review your needs and direct you to available agencies for assistance, if appropriate. The Company policy does not allow for providing lines of credit to subcontractors. At IPR, we make it a priority to have our subcontractors paid in a timely manner. We are able to review a subcontractor agreement with you if you require more information. We encourage you to bid as a consortium on the project, if it is too large for you to bid on individually.
