Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Real Property Branch requires a qualified general contractor to carry out Deconstruction of Five Buildings at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Affleck Farm, 2598 County Road near Harrow, Ontario. This work shall be in accordance with the Specifications for Project No. R.112810.001 Deconstruction of Five Buildings at Harrow Research Centre AAFC 2021-09-24 and their respective Drawings The work includes but is not limited to: Complete demolition and disposal of these buildings including associated foundations and other buried components, Removal and lawful disposal of hazardous materials and designated substances identified in the Designated Substances Survey reports, Related locating, identification, disconnection and seal or cap off of utilities serving the building being demolished, Site restoration including uniformly site grading of demolished construction to a surface matching adjacent existing ground surface with topsoil, gravel or similar. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twenty-two (22) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
