CONSTRAINTS: Physical Work onsite cannot occur until contract is approved. The Contractor may be issued the Notice to Proceed (NTP) for the project prior to this date. The period between the NTP and Start Work Date can be used for administrative tasks (such as Submittals, RFIs, etc.) and is included in the overall Project Duration.
