As of January 26 2022 there is now a awarded bidder. Brunton Construction is seeking multiple subcontractor bids for the construction of a new Chapel Addition attached to the southwest corner of the existing Mapleton Community Home located at 301 Troendle St SW, Mapleton, MN 56065. The new Chapel Addition is approximately 4,577 gross square feet and structure comprising of Heavy Timber & Structural Steel. Construction will begin in the spring of 2022. Construction includes sitework, concrete walls and footings, precast hollow core plank, masonry brick and stone veneer, structural steel, heavy timber beams and roof decking, metal stair, aluminum storefronts & windows, asphalt shingles, LP siding, flashings, doors & hardware, drywall, paint, finishes, flooring, casework, mechanical, & electrical as indicated in the Construction Documents. Construction will begin in the spring of 2022. Project is to be final completed by December 03, 2022.
