This Contract is for the following works, removal and disposal of existing stormwater management (SWM) features on Central Parkway East (catch basins, catch basin leads); decommissioning of monitoring wells as per applicable regulations; earthworks, grading, off-site stockpiling to achieve design grades above SWM facility; disposal of excess fill material; forming and pouring of underground watertight concrete SWM facility; forming and pouring of watertight isolator chamber, debris weir, and venting structure; installation of watertight storm sewers, catch basins, and manholes; Installation of an orifice control plate; installation of a backflow preventer; installation of perforated drain around perimeter of SWM facility; dewatering, erosion and sedimentation control and tree protection; installation of storm sewer crossing below existing sanitary sewer; modifications to existing surface treatments including installation of a depressed curb; reinstating asphalt roadway, sidewalk, curbs and gutters; implementation of traffic controls; undertaking an invasive species management program, paid for by allowance; landscaping/restoration including tree plantings; construction, maintenance, and removal of temporary haul roads; protection and temporary support of existing utilities; protection of existing storm and sanitary sewers; and restoration of all staging area and access routes back to existing conditions or better.
