Renovate Sleep & Home Oxygen Areas - Project # 541-21-104
This project would provide additional sleep labs on the 2nd floor of the VA Medical Center (VAMC). In addition, the
project will renovate the adjacent space to reconfigure/consolidate the Sleep and Home Oxygen programs. The project
will take place at the Louis Stokes VAMC, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. The project magnitude range for this project is between: $2,000,000.00 & $5,000,000.00
The NAICS code for this project is 236220. The business size standard is $39.5 million.
All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with thespecifications & drawings attached to this solicitation.
All work shall be coordinated with the Veterans Affairs (VA) Contracting Officer (CO) & the Contracting Officer's
Representative (COR).
All bidders shall insert the bid price in the appropriate block on page 2 of this solicitation in accordance with
with the guidance provided in the Statement of Bid Items. Bids will be evaluated on price and price related factors.
Site visit and place of performance is on the campus of the VAMC as indicated in the first paragraph of box 10.
An organized site visit will be conducted - see FAR 52.236-27 SITE VISIT INFORMATION
Cut-off date & time to submit pre-award Requests for Information (RFI) is 08-19-2022, at 3:00 PM ET. RFIs shall be
emailed to shelton.beasley@va.gov and must have the project title in the subject line of the email. RFI responses will
be issued via a solicitation amendment, posted to SAM.gov
This project is a 100% set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All bidders must be
verified in VETBIZ and registered in SAM at the time of the offer due date and the time of award in order to be
eligible for award. For eligibility under the NAICS, see VAAR 852.219-10 (3) for performance requirements. This solicitation includes specifications, drawings, wage determinations & other items attached. (See attachment list at
the end of this document). All attachments provided with the solicitation & any amendment(s) thereto are incorporated
into the solicitation & any amendment(s) thereto, are incorporated into any resulting contract. This solicitation contains a requirement concerning safety compliance documentation to be submitted with the bid. See
