The project consists of upgrading lighting and finishes at the DOC Admin building and lighting upgrades at the DOC Fred House. B. The following description is an outline of the work to be accomplished and not meant to be a definitive scope of work; The scope of Work is as indicated in the Contract Documents (including drawings and specifications. C. C. The Work consists of a new storefront window system and door to close off the museum area, new carpeting and wood base through out and new millwork. Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services This is a rebid of U3P Sourcing Event MW22032 and only those firms who submitted a bid under that sourcing event are eligible/invited to submit a rebid. Construction Cost Estimate: $790,000 The bid documents will be available at 3:00 PM on Friday, January 21, 2022 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding.
