The estimated value for this project is $435,000-$455,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Development 32-001: Replace existing HVAC systems in 30 apartments and 2 maintenance facilities. 2. Development 32-003: Replace existing HVAC systems in 32 apartments and 1 administrative/community building. A deposit of $200.00 is required from prime bidders for one set of Bidding Documents. Prime bidders tendering a bonafide bid, except the successful Contractor, will be refunded their full deposit upon return ofthe bidding documents in good condition within 14 days after bid opening. Prime bidders nottendering a bonafide bid will be refunded half of their bid deposit amount upon return of the bidding documents. No refunds will be issued for bidding documents received after the 14-day period. All bid deposit checks or drafts shall be made payable to Cauthen & Associates, LLC
