Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Surrey intends to contract for the design and construction of a Fieldhouse in Newton Athletic Park. The Fieldhouse will be situated on the southern end of the site between the two future turf fields and alongside the rubberized track that is being constructed. During the conceptual design process, the Fieldhouse is envisioned with the below amenities: 1 story building; 4 change rooms; 1 - 2 public washrooms 1 - 2 mechanical rooms. This is a general guideline for desired amenities within the Fieldhouse and the City is open to Respondents developing designs that improve upon the amenities listed above.
