The contract resulting from this SOQ will be for twelve (12) months from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, with the option to extend for two (2) additional 12 months terms upon mutual consent of both parties. The City reserves the right to award the contract with or without further discussion on the statements submitted. The City also reserves the right to reject and/or accept any and all statements received or parts thereof. The City retains the right to waive any minor irregularities in any statements submitted. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
