St. Paul Heating Plant Controls Replacement Estimated Cost of Work for Construction: $3,374,578 Before submitting questions about the RFP via the Questions Tab, read and review the RFX INSTRUCTIONS, REQUIREMENTS, AND RIGHTS RESERVED BY THE UNIVERSITY DOCUMENT and ALL Attributes in the Attributes Tab. These provide valuable information and address frequently asked questions. The scope of the Project includes replacing the aging St. Paul Heating Plant controls for Boilers 7 and 8, and for the balance of plant. Scope of Work to include design and implementation of new control panels, retrofitting of existing control panels, field wiring, new operator workstations, new network closet with space conditioning, and possibly remodel the control room to make room for the workstation furniture. KFI Engineers is the Architect/Engineer of Record for the Project.
