Site work and paving for a road / highway in Northborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Town of Northborough seeks sealed bids for the 2022 Townwide Resurfacing Contract Roadway Improvement Project. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference for this project Attention is called to prevailing wage rates to be paid for work on this project as required by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 Section 25 to 27D inclusive. A five percent (5%) bid deposit in the form of certified, treasurer's or cashier's check, payable to the Town of Northborough; cash; or a bid bond from a surety company shall be enclosed with the bid. The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materialsand equipment required for providing asphalt rubber surface treatment, applying a hot mix leveling course, as required, safety controls and signing for construction operations and other incidental items included in the contract documents for a number of roadways in the Town, totaling about 7,830 linear feet, as listed in Subsection 1.04 The work in this Contract includes resurfacing of roads that are listed and shown below: Street From To Length (ft) Smith Rd Green St Town Line 3110 Brewer St Green St Howard St 2500 Howard St Winter St Green St 2220 TOTAL 7,830 LF 1.48 miles
