Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Cottageville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,670-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project involves site preparation and construction of a new 6,670 SF Animal Shelter Building in Cottageville, WV. Prime Bidders interested in submitting bids shall contact the Architect. Email bid package requests to Meredith Aliff maliff@silling.com and a Web site link to access the bidding documents will be will be emailed. Contractors shall access bidding documents and print copies at their own expense.A deposit is not required to access the Web site.A certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid, or a satisfactory Bid Bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the state of West Virginia in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid must be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond for 100% of the contract award.All Prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WV Contractor's Licensing Act). All General Contractors shall include their license number in the space provided on the Bid Form. An executed WV Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit must beincluded in the proposal. After the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, no Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
