Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,728-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The project includes the construction of an approximately 24' x 24' pole barn and 24' x 48' pole barn including concrete foundations at the Eastern Shipbuilding Yard located at 432 Howard Road in Port St. Joe, FL. Completion date for this project will be 180 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be $500.00 per day. All questions must be submitted to Clay Smallwood, P.E. at csmallwood@gulfcounty-fl.gov. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Gulf County. PROJECT NO. ESG The project site is located at the Eastern Shipbuilding Yard located at 432 Howard Road. The Parcel ID number is 04550-000R.
