This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Requirements type contract (FAR Subpart 16.503) for the acquisition of elevator maintenance, service, repairs, and safety testing for passenger and freight elevators on Fort Leavenworth, KS. This requirement is a full and open competition utilizing Sealed Bidding Procedures specified in FAR Part 14. The government anticipates an award will be made to a responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids; will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price related factors included in the invitation. This anticipated contract will consist of a Base Award Period of one (1) calendar year, and four (4) one-year option periods. Total contract period, to include options, shall not exceed five (5) calendar years. Task Orders will be dependent upon the Government's bonafide and available funding Fiscal Year to Fiscal Year. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions shall be sent via email to the Contract Specialist listed above no later than Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 1:00PM Central time.
