Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairlee, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of, but is not limited to: The project will include removal and replacement of the top concrete boat ramp slab with a new concrete slab of the same dimension (11' long x 16' wide x 8" thick) but with an attached grade beam footing beneath, realignment and reattachment of the remaining concrete ramp slabs, anchoring of the terminal slab, filling and grading of type II stone fill to fill an existing prop wash hole, removal of a prop wash berm, removing and replacing bituminous concrete pavement associated with the boat ramp approach, creating a new paved ADA compliant accessible parking space capable of parking a vehicle and trailer adjacent to the ramp, pavement line paint striping to define 3 vehicle parking spaces, excavation, placing aggregates, signage and other incidental work. **Please access Secure Blueprint's site for the official bidding documents.
