Each sealed Proposal shall be identified by typing on the outside of the envelope/package: ROOFING PROJECT - BID PACKAGE #1, CSP 2021-OCT-103 Proposal Deliveries: The Allen ISD cannot guarantee, due to internal mail delivery procedures, that any proposal sent priority mail will be picked up from the post office by district mail employees and delivered to the Purchasing Department by the closing date and time. It is recommended that proposals be delivered either in person or via an alternate delivery method ensuring delivery to the physical address. Please allow ample time to check-in prior to delivering your proposal. Proposer shall bear full responsibility for ensuring that the proposals are delivered to the specified location by due date and time. The time clock in the Purchasing Department is the official time clock for proposals. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received, deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
