Construction of a terminus and its multi-level parking at Sainte-Catherine station. The complex will include a bus station with at least three platforms, at least one of which is accessible by coach, a bus platform for temporary surface service, a drop-off point, a landing stage for paratransit, a street bus platform for each direction with refuge, an emergency exit for neighboring condominiums, safe routes for active modes, a bicycle parking area. The desired parking capacity is between 740 and 838 spaces. Multi-level parking will be represented by a three-storey building that will be added to the facilities described above. The total capacity of this parking garage will be 825 car spots. Scope of work and project budget are being finalized. Note. The construction of the multi-level parking structure is conditioned by the fact that the Municipality of Saint-Constant intends to recover the site of the current 395-place parking lot to build a school. TIMELINE: The awarded professional consultant has submitted to the owner a report including scenarios and a brief functional and technical program (FTP) for the project implementation. Project parameters, value and timelines of implementation are being finalized. Timelines of further project development are not determined.
