Site work and new construction of a civil project in Woodland, North Carolina. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
**As of January 31, 2022, the contract has been tentatively awarded to T.A. Loving subject to funding availability and agency approval. The project consists of replacing the existing 300 gpm pump/ lift station with a new pump/ lift station of the same capacity on the same site. The new pump/ lift station will include a new precast concrete wet well with pre-fabricated enclosure with suction lift pumps, new electrical and control panels, new telemetry, and a new emergency generator. A manual bar screen in a precast concrete vault will also be constructed upstream of the wet well. The project will also include installing two (2) new manholes and associated gravity lines to direct flow to the new wet well and replacing the existing two (2) automatic air release valves on the force main to the wastewater treatment plant.
