Reference number : 1625269 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-08 Title: Replacement of the air distribution system and upgrading of laboratories - Saint-Martin secondary school Solicitation Number : 2021/22-240 Project Number: 120-381564 Brief description of work required: This project consists of the following: 1- The supply and installation of a new air distribution network for the East and West wings of the school; 2- The redevelopment of two (2) laboratory rooms to accommodate secondary cycle 2 students; 3- Replacement of lighting fixtures in all classrooms and corridors in the West and East wings of the building; 4- Installation of new suspended acoustic tile ceilings for all rooms affected by the addition of ventilation; 5- Patching of concrete block masonry partitions, construction of new metal frame and Placoplâtre partitions for new developments; 6- Addition of a kiosk to the roof with interior access stairs 7- Installation of a new DDC centralized control system for integration of new mechanical equipment. The work will be carried out in different phases between November 28, 2022 and August 15, 2023, according to a phasing order that the Contractor must respect, as more fully described in clause 1.1 Schedule of section 01 11 00A of the Technical Specification of 'architecture.
