Renovation of an educational facility in McCormick, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The SC Governor's School for Agriculture at John de la Howe is seeking a vendor to remove and replace the shingle roof for the Chapel facility located at 190 Gettys Road McCormick, SC. Tear off existing shingles Repair any rotten wood Install ice water shield in all valleys, low slope areas under a 4/12 pitch, and incapsulate all penetrations Install synthetic underlayment or equivalent 30-year Arc shingle (Owens Corning Oakridge, color Driftwood) or comparable. Must be approved by JDLH. New pipe boots New flashing if needed Install new drip edge around the building Install ridge vent 5yr labor warranty The price needs to include all materials and labor. Contractor must be licensed by LLR. Contractor must have GL insurance along with Worker Comp.
