Q & A deadline: Nov 26, 2021 8:00:00 PM EST Scope of Work: The Stevens Creek County Park Ranger and Visitor Center is a focal point for visitors to this park located in hills above Cupertino and the Santa Cruz Mountains. The hexagonal shaped structure is approximately 1000 square feet in area and is accessible from Stevens Canyon Road. The structure has not had any updates to its infrastructure and aesthetics for decades. The Parks Department plans to construct a wildlife exhibit inside the center after renovations are completed to the roof, flooring, interior walls, restroom, electrical and lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. The scope of project will consist of the following improvements: Removal of hazardous materials, termite control, salvage of furnishings, roofing, accessible entrance ramp, interior walls for a new office space, accessible restroom, utility room, and exhibit room; lighting, electrical modifications, plumbing, office furniture, painting, flooring, and counters. THE ESTIMATED COST of this work is: $277,000.00
