Manhole Rehabilitation and Sewer Pipe Lining Works Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work of this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the rehabilitation of the existing Sewer System in the Town of Mansfield, Massachusetts including, but not limited to the following: preparatory cleaning of existing sewers, service laterals, and manholes where required, including heavy cleaning of roots in sewers and service laterals; pre- and postinstallation CCTV inspection; removal of protruding taps; installation of 12-in, 20-in and 21-in cured-inplace pipe lining; management of all mainline and service flow; manhole rehabilitation including: interior epoxy manhole lining, cleaning, installation of new bolt-down, watertight manhole frame and cover, resealing existing bolt-down gasketed cover; installation of 4-in, 5-in, and 6-in service lateral liners extending 15-ft from the main of all active service laterals; and miscellaneous site work and restoration including all work and cleanup necessary to complete the work as detailed in the Contract Documents. All of the work is being performed in the areas shown on the Plans (found in Appendix A) and specified on the attached Tables A through C in Section 01010.
