Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wenonah, New Jersey. Working plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of November 19, 2021, 2021, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The Borough of Wenonah is seeking bids for demolition, restoration, and various repairs to Borough Roadways and Public Property resulting from the 9/1/2021 EF-3 Tornado Event. The scope of work under this Project entails both the removal and disposal of damaged public infrastructure, i.e., trees, tree stumps, curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt paving, and the subsequent in-kind replacement and/or repair of existing curbs, sidewalks, roadways, and utility services that were previously damaged by the storm and/or adversely impacted by the abovementioned removal operations. The work shall also include the backfilling of all excavations to grade and the restoration of disturbed lawn areas with topsoil and seed. In order to prevent unnecessary damage to Borough roadways while executing the work, it is mandatory that all Bidders utilize rubber wheeled equipment. Track wheeled equipment will not be permitted on this Project. Therefore, Potential Bidders must provide evidence of the availability of all rubber wheeled equipment that is required to complete this Project. Bid Security will be required in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount, but shall not exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract price. The Bonds or other acceptable surety must be in a form acceptable to the Borough of Wenonah and be issued by a surety company on institution authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The Borough of Wenonah reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt and further reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, as permitted by law. The Borough of Wenonah also reserves the right to waive any Bid defect where such defect is not detrimental to the best interest of Borough of Wenonah and fairness of the bidding process.
