The City of Burlington is requesting qualification statements and a detailed proposal from professional service firms interested in performing cultural and environmental services for future efforts in the Cascade Ravine in Burlington, Iowa. Note that this effort will be procured separately from any bridge design on the existing/proposed bridge. Questions that are deemed to have significant ramifications on the RFP submission for all parties will be circulated to all parties in the form of an Addendum. Fall/Winter 2025 - Start Construction/Rehab Summer/Fall 2026 - Open Bridge to traffic The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
