**As of 1/14/2022 Michigan Joint Sealing, Inc.in the amount of $367,843.30 Bids are being solicited for pavement joint sealing at various City locations. - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - License Required - FOB Destination The schedule of items under which the work is to be done is given with as much accuracy as is practicable beforehand. Quantities must be regarded as approximate only and are given as a guide to the bidder and for comparison of bids. The City reserves the right to increase or diminish these quantities within reasonable limits and the Contractor will be paid only for as much work as he is required by the City to do at the unit price stated in the Proposal. The length of the pavement joints needed to be resealed will be determined and/or marked by the Engineer in the field. The undersigned agrees that if the proposal made herein is accepted, he will satisfactorily perform and complete all of the work and meet all of the requirements and obligations imposed upon him by the contract, including the plans, specifications and general conditions, within 50 calendar days following the execution of the contract.
