Omaha Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide replacement of the HVAC Air Handler at Kay Jay Tower, 4500 S 25th St, Omaha, NE 68107. The contractor shall be capable of removing the existing air handler and related components and replacing the system with new components as specified in the scope of work within the Invitation for Bid.
