General Contract $ 480,000.00 Alternate 1 Economizer House #1 and #2 $71,000.00 Alternate 2 Economizer House #5 $71,000.00 Alternate 3 Economizer House #3 $71,000.00 Alternate 4 Economizer House #4 $71,000.00 Alternate 5 Economizer House #8 $71,000.00 Contractors shall supply their own mask and it shall always be worn. We encourage frequent hand washing. The State of Ohio health department has specific requirements, the contractor shall follow and fully comply with industry-specific guidance issued by the Health Department. If a Contractor would fail the Symptom Assessment or temperature check, they will not be allowed to enter the facility for pre-bid meeting. Each company shall provide the number of those planning to attend to Greg Leitch (gregoryl@aecmep.com) or call 614-623-5533 by Monday, November 15, 2021 so that we may prepare for social distancing at the prebid meeting and tour.
