Renovation of a mixed-use development in La Grande, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The La Grande School District (LGSD) is soliciting bids for the replacement of the roof over the auditorium at La Grande High School, located at 708 K Avenue, La Grande, OR 97850. All Questions Must Be Submitted via Email and Sent to Joseph.waite@lagrandesd.org. The project anticipated start date is June 13, 2022, and be completed no later than July 1, 2022. General Information: Contract includes removal and disposal of existing roof, including all hazardous waste to the existing roof deck. Includes main roof and four (4) lower roofs. See photo below. Total project cost will exceed $50,000, and prevailing wages will apply. No trade is available for Renovation Severity.
