For a One-year Supply of Asphaltic Cold Mix Material. Q & A deadline: Nov 29, 2021 3:00:00 PM EST Bids are to be submitted on the attached bid form and returned to the Bossier Parish Police Jury office. Envelope is to marked accordingly on the outside to indicate bid item; "COLD MIX". Contract duration: One Time Purchase Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Prices good for: 30 days Cold mix paving material, to be manufactured in accordance with Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development specifications for asphaltic mixtures for cold application. Bid for this material shall be for a period of one year from date contract is awarded. Price per ton is required to be constant for said one-year period. Each bidder is to give location of plant site, as haul distance will be considered in awarding contract. Contract to be valid for a one-year period with the possibility of three additional one year options upon mutual agreement by both parties. The Bossier Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause.
