For Foxx and Usher Field Improvements Project Project Location: Usher Field, 15450 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood OH 44107 Project Location: Foxx Field, 13201 Madison Avenue, Lakewood OH 44107 Perform preconstruction video prior to construction of all areas occupied by the contractor and trucking areas. Install erosion and sediment control as per plans. Removal existing infield mix and portions of outfield grass for both Foxx and Usher Fields. Regrading ofinfield and outfield areas to remove lip at surface thresholds. Install new infield mix and sod outfield areas affected by regrading activities as noted on plans Install underdrains at Foxx Field as noted on plans. Anticipated Construction Start: November 15th, 2021 Punchlist/Substantial Completion: December 31st, 2021 Project Closeout/Fields Ready for Play: April 1st, 2022. The Lakewood City School District and/or the City of Lakewood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all competitive bids. Responses will be shared with those parties who have expressed interest.
