For Boiler Replacement at the 6th District Court of Appeals For the performance of all labor and furnishing of all materials and tools required to complete all work for Boiler Replacement at the 6th District Court of Appeals located at One Constitution Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43604. a. Project Development/History b. Current Targets i. Complete Replacement of existing Heating Plant Boilers with required modifications to Hot Water Loop Distribution/Control. 1. Install new Hot Water Heating Equipment: Contractor to Furnish/Demo/Install/Coordinate this Heating System/equipment including - Boilers Piping, Pumps, Power, Install Controls, accessories, etc. PCC to coordinate Systems Integration, Master Programming and Owner-view Commissioning Services. 2. Lucas County Pre-Purchased Equipment & Controls Components: selected Main MSI Controllers - (Contractor to Receive/Install/Coordinate these components as if he issued the Purchase Orders - Power, Controls, accessories, Controllers, Commissioning Services, etc.). PCC to coordinate Systems Integration, Master Programming and Owner-view Commissioning Services. ii. Update Electrical Power Infrastructure - as required for HVAC Scopes of Work 1. Provide Power for new HVAC/Controls Scopes of Work as required. iii. Update designated Controls & Operational Systems 1. Enterprise-level Equipment & Programming Services by PCC serving as District's Master Systems Integrator/Commissioning Services Provider. (PCC to supply NOTED controls, integration and Services only). 2. Coordinated Installation of Wiring & Hardware by Bidder/Proposer (PCC to supply NOTED controls, integration and coordination of Install for low voltage wiring). This includes providing of all required Fire Alarm/misc. equipment, mechanical-electrical installation and power is by Bidder/Proposer).
