The dismantling and reconstruction of the beds and the masonry facing as well as the replacement of composite stones are part of the Project located at 333 rue Peel in Montreal (hereinafter Project). Project: Repair of the parapets on the facade of rue Shannon of Pavillon G The Owner reserves the right to modify the above mentioned schedule without notice or penalty and without this incurring additional costs. The Owner reserves the right to terminate the Contract if the Contractor does not respect the above-mentioned deadline. The Bidder must provide with its Bid a bid security corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the value of the Bid.
