Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Olathe, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of December 15, 2022, project was awarded to Phoenix Concrete,, awarded amount is $499,985.77.** The work consists of the following: New sidewalk and ramp installation, existing sidewalk and ramp replacement, and driveway replacements all meeting ADA requirements. Work also includes new curb and gutter, sod, tree removal and construction fencing. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for work shall be submitted with each proposal. A scanned copy of the Bid Bond must be included with the online bid submitted at through electronically. The original copy of the Bid Bond form mustbe submitted to the Engineer within 48 hours of bid opening. Failure to submit original copy of the bid bond will result in rejection of bid and Owners selection of the next low qualified bidder.
