Site work and paving for a civil project in Bend, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The project includes, but is not limited to, signal improvements, roadway corridor improvements, utility improvements, railroad crossing improvements, and roundabout construction. Work will also consist of repairing, replacing or upgrading all insufficient or potentially insufficient infrastructure 1. 2nd Street and Wilson Avenue intersection improvements, 3rd Street and Wilson Avenue intersection and signal improvements, and Wilson Avenue Modernization from 2nd Street to BNSF railroad crossing. 2. 9th Street and Wilson Avenue Single Lane Roundabout and Wilson Avenue Modernization from BNSF railroad crossing to Bridgeford Boulevard. a. 9 th and Wilson roundabout is anticipated to be a separate GMP and shall be completed by April 30, 2022. 3. 15th Street and Wilson Avenue Single Lane Roundabout and Wilson Avenue Modernization from Bridgeford Boulevard to 15th Street. a. 15 th and Wilson roundabout may be constructed as a separate GMP. Contractor shall provide all things necessary for the completion of the preconstruction services portion of the Work and, if the parties execute any Early Work Amendments or a GMP Amendment, Contractor shall provide all things necessary for the completion of the Work under those amendments. The Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms of this Contract, including but not limited to bonds, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment.
