All questions received by the Department will be answered and posted to Cal eProcure by June 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM Location: 814 West 23rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90007-2046 Accessibility: There are two entrances to the drill site, 23rd Street and St. James Place. Well History/Status: All twenty-one (21) wells are currently idle. Idle well start dates vary from 6/1/1981 to 12/1/2015. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department all services as described herein: 1. Supply all materials, equipment, labor, travel, and services to depressurize the twenty-one (21) wells according to specifications listed in the Well Conditions and Depressurization Specifications. 2. All well work and services shall be performed on the St. James lease located in Los Angeles County. Se locations in the Well Conditions and Depressurization Specifications.
