4/30/2022 Participation Anticipated Board Meeting Harmony Public Schools ("HPS") is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide construction services for a construction project at "Harmony School of Excellence - Dallas". The project scope of work consists of, but not limited to, concrete work, exterior storm/sanitary underground line repairs, adjustments to grading and/or underground lines for drainage, new sidewalk around existing gym building, new exterior facade
finishes and EIFS repairs along with window repairs and central tower adjustments (per structural). For the interior scope, underground plumbing line repairs in the areas of concern, along with elevator repairs, new restroom finishes for specific locations, and related work relevant to the plans and specifications (#HPS2022_Excellence_Dallas_Repairs) Repair all concrete areas at driveways & curbs that are damaged, broken off and/or have cracks requiring such work. Repairs include, removing an access ramp to relocate away from the parking spaces and placed in an accessible path of travel.
a. Other site work will consist of providing inlets/drain near a retaining wall to redirect the water ponding to an existing inlet closed by. Other inlet/drains, for the same purpose, will be provided to reroute water ponding that is
accumulating near curbs and paths of travel in specific locations. b. Plumbing repairs to existing clean outs based on Plumbing Repair Report provided with this set. Estimated Budget: The estimated budget for this project is $700,000
