Renovation of a medical facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for The MoH Reprocessing audits, along with Accreditation Canada has cited the current Endoscopy Cleaning Room inside the Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) area at SMH - will require renovations in order to comply with current standards to create a one-way work flow. The renovated space must meet current CSA standards by July / August 2022 - otherwise there is a high risk to the SMH site that reprocessing of endoscopy scopes will no longer be allowed - thus impacting OR related operations in SMH Site. To comply with current CSA Standards, the area will require separate dirty area (negative pressure) and clean area (positive pressure). The renovation will need to relocate the Office Staff currently located in Rm 012 to a newly renovated Rm 017, relocate the current kitchenette in 017 to a new renovated Staff Lunch Rm 025, temporary relocate the current endoscopy function to current MDR sink area 000 in the MDR and relocate Manager office 011 to Rm 012 in order to expand the endoscopy area into rom 012.
