The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time. The City of Burleson ("City) is requesting Proposals from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) Services necessary for the construction of a building for the Burleson Parks Department. The successful Respondent shall execute a contract with the City to furnish all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, permits, insurance and licenses as necessary to provide goods/services in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms and conditions set forth in this RFP. It is the intent of the City to select one provider for the aforementioned goods/services. The successful Respondent will be considered the sole point of contact with regard to contractual matters, including payment of any and all charges resulting from the contract The CMAR shall assume risk for construction, rehabilitation, alteration, or repair of the Project, at the contracted price as general contractor, and provide consultation to the Owner regarding construction during and after design of the Project, in accordance with any and all applicable requirements of the Project and all applicable laws. The City reserves the right to audit all financial information related to the Project, including subcontractors, costs, etc.
