The Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education, hereby advertises for competitive bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(a) (b) for: Bid No. 21-01 Passaic Valley Regional High School Athletic Field Improvements In order to submit a Bid for the Project, Bidders, and/or a Bidders' subcontractor, if applicable, shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction in one of the following: C008 General Construction or C009 General Construction / Alterations & Additions. C054 Site Work C057 Landscape Construction Contractor shall have not less than five (5) years of experience. All questions or if additional information is required about the bid specifications shall be submitted via email to Robert Gregoria, PE at rgregoria@suburbanconsulting.com. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Main Office of the Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education - 100 East Main Street, Little Falls, New Jersey 07424 on or before date and time indicated below. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000.00. Bidders are required by law to submit a Statement of Ownership Disclosure form statement setting forth the names and addresses of all persons and entities that own ten (10%) percent or more of its stock or interest of any type at all levels of ownership. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18 (c), 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a-c), 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities that may be in the best interests of the board of education.
