**As of December 15, the award amount is $194,564.38. The Florida Department of Transportation, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") seeks the services of a licensed, insured, and experienced Vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for replacement of emergency standby generators, fuel tank and automatic transfer switches (ATS) at various locations along the Florida's Turnpike System for the North Region. Vendor Qualifications: Refer to Exhibit "A," Scope of Services, Page A-2 for Vendor Qualifications. For services contracts, all out-of-state corporations, out-of-state limited liability companies, and out-of-state limited partnerships must be authorized to do business in the State of Florida. MFMP Transaction Fee: All payment(s) to the Vendor(s) resulting from this competitive solicitation WILL be subject to the MFMP Transaction Fee in accordance with the referenced Form PUR 1000 General Contract Condition #14.
